Abstract

A solar cell panel, an LED (light emitting diode) lamp and a dust collector are sequentially mounted on a same electric pole from top to bottom; the dust collector and the LED lamp are connected with a solar cell or a power grid respectively; a power switch, a first switch, a second switch and a timer switch are arranged in the dust collector; the dust collector is in switching connection with the solar cell through the timer switch and the power switch to form a loop; and the timer switch is used for setting the working time period of the dust collector. In the invention, the solar cell supplies power to the dust collector and the LED lamp; and in cloudy and rainy days or in the case of insufficient cell energy, the solar street lamp type road surface dust collector directly obtains power from the power grid so as to ensure normal work of the dust collector, and meets the illumination demand while cleaning the road surface. Moreover, the timer switch is arranged in the solar street lamp type road surface dust collector and used for setting the working time period of the dust collector, and thus the road surface is kept clean without influencing the pedestrians and drivers.
