The circuit control module comprises a main control chip, a crystal oscillation circuit, a memory unit chip, an encryption chip, a voltage-reducing integrated circuit and a data communication unit. The optical system is a lens system and comprises an infrared filter, a plane mirror and a plano-convex lens.
