The method comprises the following steps that: 1) the mobile equipment runs a two-dimension code generation software; 2) the two-dimension code generation software obtains the identity information of the mobile equipment, and generates the corresponding two-dimension code; 3) a two-dimension code identification module identifies the two-dimension code of the mobile equipment to obtain the identity information, and transmits the identity information to a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) control module; and 4) the RFID control module writes the obtained identity information into a RFID tag. A system for the method comprises the two-dimension code identification module, the RFID control module and the RFID tag.
