Abstract

The invention relates to an adjusting device, which comprises a base, a fixed support, a first adjusting piece, two second adjusting pieces and two locking pieces. An adjusting screw hole and two clamping grooves which are symmetrical relative to the center of the adjusting screw are arranged on the base. The fixed support is fixedly arranged on a bottom plate. The first adjusting piece penetrates through the bottom plate and then is in threaded fit with the adjusting screw hole. Each second adjusting piece comprises a clamping part, and a cap and a threaded part which are respectively arranged at the two ends of the clamping part. The clamping parts can be clamped with the clamping grooves. The caps resist against the base. The threaded parts can slide in the clamping grooves along the extension directions of the claming grooves to enable the fixed support to rotate relative to the base. The threaded parts penetrate through clamping holes and the fixed support and then are in threaded fit with the threaded locking pieces to enable the clamping parts to be clamped with the clamping grooves. By screwing the first adjusting piece and the locking pieces of the adjusting device to tighten or loose the bottom plate to enable the bottom plate to rotate for a preset angle relative to the base, the illuminating direction of a projection lamp can be conveniently adjusted. The invention additionally provides the projection lamp with the adjusting device.
