Problems solved by technology

F-P interference type and evanescent field type hydrogen sensors have complex manufacturing technology and poor reliability; micromirror type and Bragg grating type hydrogen sensors are relatively mature and have begun to be used to detect hydrogen concentration. Due to the limitation of the type of optical fiber used, this technology is affected by temperature. The impact is large, and it is easy to cause crossover of temperature and hydrogen concentration sensing signals, which affects its use effect

Abstract

The invention discloses a hydrogen concentration detecting device which comprises a hydrogen sensing head (10), an integrated optical signal module (2) and a signal processing unit (3) which are connected mutually, wherein the hydrogen sensing head (10) comprises a polarization-maintaining photon crystal sensing optical fiber (1) plated with a palladium membrane, a first optical fiber coupler 4a, a protecting sleeve (5), an optical fiber fixing frame (6), an optical adapter (7) and a tail fiber jacket (14); and the integrated optical signal module (2) comprises a light source (8), a spectrum receiving device (9) and a second optical fiber coupler 4b. An optical path adopted by the device is reliable and stable in performance; the adopted polarization-maintaining photon crystal optical fiber plated with a palladium membrane is good in material consistency and has good temperature insensitivity; and the membrane plating length of a hydrogen-sensitive palladium membrane can be designed according to the requirements on sensitivity so as to realize the high sensitivity detection. The device is not sensitive to the change of temperature, and is simple in system structure, convenient to operate, strong in interference resistance and high in precision.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a hydrogen concentration detection device, and more particularly, to a hydrogen concentration detection device based on an optical fiber sensing system. It belongs to the technical field of gas concentration detection equipment. Background technique [0002] Hydrogen is an important chemical raw material and an important clean energy source, so it has been widely used. In the aerospace industry, hydrogen has become the main fuel for spacecraft engines. Hydrogen molecules are very small, and hydrogen, whether in solid or liquid form, is very volatile, flammable, and explosive, and leaks easily during storage and transportation. When the leaked hydrogen concentration in the air reaches 4%-74.2%, the air becomes flammable, which can easily cause air explosion. Therefore, it is particularly important to develop a detector that can detect changes in the concentration of hydrogen within the lower limit of the explosion. [0003]...
