Abstract

The invention discloses an experimental device for the computer hardware series course. The device comprises a downloading circuit, an experimental core module, an expansion module, a memory and a communication interface circuit, wherein the downloading circuit is used for downloading the hardware codes and experimental test programs for the experiment; the experimental core module and the expansion module are used for configuring logic functions according to the hardware codes to execute the experimental test programs; the memory is connected with the experimental core module through a data bus, an address bus and a read/write control line and used for storing the experimental test programs, the hardware codes and data; the communication interface circuit is used for communicating with the outside; the experimental core module is an FPGA (field programmable gate array); and the expansion module is a CPLD (complex programmable logic device).
