The invention provides an on-line belt turnover device which comprises an input direction-change roller, a turnover roller and an output direction-change roller which can freely rotate around own axis, wherein the axis of each roller is parallel to a belt conveying plane; in addition, the projections of the axis of the input direction-change roller and the axis of the turnover roller form an angle of 45 degrees on the belt conveying plane; and the projections of the axis of the input direction-change roller and the axis of the output direction-change roller are perpendicular to each other on the belt conveying plane. Therefore, the device can implement the turnover of a belt. Furthermore, the angles between the axes of the input direction-change roller, the turnover roller and the output direction-change roller are set to realize uniform or balanced tension on the belt in the whole turnover process. Moreover, with a simple structure, the on-line belt turnover device is very convenient to mount and maintain. The invention further provides a belt conveyor comprising the on-line belt turnover device.
