The welding repair method comprises the following steps of: 1, cleaning the surface of the shaft sleeve; 2, processing a welding face; 3, manufacturing a build-up welding liner; 4, installing the build-up welding liner; 5, welding; 6, relieving stress annealing after welding; 7, performing postwelding checkout; and 8, performing original size recovery finish machining. Compared with the prior art, the welding repair method has the advantages that the conception is novel, and implementation is easy. By adopting a reasonable welding process, selecting a suitable welding material and installing the tubular liner in the shaft sleeve, deformation caused by build-up welding of the shaft sleeve is overcome, and the repair accuracy is ensured. The method is simple in operation and can be easily implemented; the old is repaired and the waste is utilized; the service life of the shaft sleeve is prolonged; the consumption of spare parts is reduced; the cost of the spare parts is saved; and the production cost is reduced.
