The P2P network media phone terminal as an access terminal of a P2P/SIP network comprises a system control unit, a front end P2P/SIP communication processing module and a rear end information processing module. The front end P2P/SIP communication processing module comprises a network interface unit and a P2P/SIP communication adapter module and is connected with a network internet protocol (IP) to achieve adaptation and transmission control protocol of P2P/SIP communication. The rear end information processing module carries out voice frequency and video processing and comprises a communication processing module and an interactive operation interface module. The interactive operation interface module is connected with a display device and a dialing device and used for inputting instructions to instruct motion of the P2P network media phone terminal and a voice input-output device.
