Abstract

The invention relates to the field of pollination and seed production of rapes, in particular to a method for pollinating and producing seeds of the rapes by osmia. The osmia is Japanese osmiacornifrons; and the method comprises the following steps: 1-2 days before the flowering of the rapes, moving beehives with bee releasing openings on one side into a rape seed producing field or a seed producing shed, wherein the distance between the adjacent beehives is 20-30 m and the distances between the lower end surfaces of the beehives and the ground are 1.2 m; and when the flowering period of the rapes is finished, finishing the pollinating task of the osmia, finishing bee rearing and collecting the bees into the beehives.
