When the rapid connection device used for the deepwater hydraulic pipeline and the oil outlet connector are used, the flowing direction of oil is ascertained onshore or on a working mother boat, the oil inlet connector is installed on an oil supply pipeline of a deepwater oil source and the oil outlet connector is installed on an oil inlet pipeline of a hydraulic control valve housing, when the deepwater operation device and the deepwater oil source respectively reach the specified operation location and are in positions under the carrying of a remote operated vehicle (ROV), two mechanical arms of the ROV coordinate the operation and connect the oil inlet connector and the oil outlet connector, so that the rapid butt connection of the hydraulic oil line is achieved.
