Abstract

The invention discloses an attendance system and an attendance method based on location based service (LBS). The system comprises a central server, a mobile terminal, and a computer terminal, wherein the mobile terminal has an LBS positioning function, a checked-in person uses the mobile terminal to judge whether uploading checked-in person position information and time information to the central server and checking-in to a person to be checked in are needed according to location information, time information, and a checked-in person checking-in scheme. Each checked-in person has different attendance time schemes, different attendance zone schemes, different attendance authority schemes and the like. The system conducts checking-in to the checked-in person according the schemes and the rules. The system and the method supply a checking-in mode which is convenient and quick to use to organizations, companies, units and the like which need to conduct checking-in.
