Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining migration of organic matter in an apple label based on GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer). The method comprises the following steps of: getting pulp with the thickness of 2-3cm along the outer edge of the label from a labeled apple, tearing down the label and mashing the pulp to obtain a pulp sample; getting a new similar label as a label sample; respectively adding the pulp sample and the label sample in acetone for soaking, ultrasonically extracting in water bath, centrifuging, adding diethyl ether for extraction, and standing and filtering supernatant fluid to obtain a pulp liquid and a label liquid; testing the label liquid by the GC-MS, comparing a testing result with the international mass spectrum detection line, analyzing and determining the type of the organic matter in the label and manufacturing a label control mass spectrum chart gallery; and testing the pulp liquid under the same conditions and comparing the testing result with the label control mass spectrum chart gallery, thereby obtaining the migration condition of the organic matter in the label.
