Embodiment 1

[0030] Smoke the balanced and screened cigarettes according to the standard conditions specified in YC / T29-1996, and collect 4 filter tips. Put the filter tip in a 50 mL conical flask with a stopper, add 20 mL of acetonitrile / water 1:1 solution, shake and extract at room temperature for 45 min, take 200 μL of the supernatant and add it to a 10 mL volumetric flask, Add 200 μL 2 mg / mL 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine solution and 100 μL 7% perchloric acid solution, mix well, and react for 40 min. Add 100 μL pyridine, add 8 mL acetonitrile and 20 μL secondary mixed deuterated internal standard, and dilute to 10 mL with acetonitrile. The solution was passed through a 0.45 μm organic phase filter membrane and analyzed by LC-MS / MS.

Embodiment 2

[0033] Cigarettes with cellulose acetate filters were smoked according to the standard conditions stipulated in YC / T 29-1996, and 4 cigarette filters were collected, and then the samples were processed and analyzed according to the steps described in Example 1. In order to investigate the interception efficiency of cellulose acetate filter on eight kinds of volatile carbonyl compounds in mainstream smoke, the eight kinds of volatile carbonyl compounds in mainstream cigarette smoke were also analyzed. The method is as follows: the carbonyl compounds in the mainstream smoke of cigarettes are captured and derivatized by Cambridge filters treated with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine solution, and then extracted with acetonitrile solution containing 2% pyridine. The 0.45 μm organic phase filter membrane was followed by high-performance liquid chromatography analysis. The experimental results show that the retention of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, butyraldehyde, 2-butanon...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting eight volatile carbonyl compounds in a filter tip through liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The eight volatile carbonyl compounds are formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, propanal, acetone, acraldehyde, crotonaldehyde, butanal and 2-butanone. The method comprises the following steps: performing ultrasonic extraction on the carbonyl compounds in a filter tip by using an acetonitrile / water mixed solution, performing 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine derivatization reaction, and analyzing through a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer (LC-MS / MS). Compared with the original gas chromatography, the LC-MS / MS method used in the method has the following advantages: (1) the LC-MS / MS method is higher in sensitivity, and the two-stage mass spectrometry can more effectively eliminate the false positive result, thus ensuring that the qualitative analysis accuracy is higher; (2) separation is performed through liquid chromatography, and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone of the carbonyl compounds has favorable stability; (3) the sample does not need to be purified, and the pretreatment is simple and efficient; and (4) the method can realize the simultaneous detection of the eight volatile carbonyl compounds.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the research on the interception efficiency of harmful components in mainstream smoke by cigarette filters, and specifically relates to a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for detecting eight kinds of volatile carbonyl compounds (including formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, Acetone, acrolein, crotonaldehyde, butyraldehyde, 2-butanone) method. [0002] Background technique [0003] Volatile carbonyl compounds are one of the main harmful components in mainstream cigarette smoke, especially unsaturated aldehydes (such as formaldehyde, acrolein, crotonaldehyde, etc.) have cilia toxicity and strong irritating odor, and are harmful to the mucous membrane of the human respiratory system. Strong stimulating effect, long-term inhalation will cause great harm to the human body. Among them, formaldehyde is a suspected carcinogen to the human body (Group 1), and acetaldehyde is a possible carcinogen to the h...
