The curing agent is methyl hydrogen silicone oil; the catalyst is platinum; the filler is talcum powder with the particle diameter being less than or equal to 15 mu m; and the viscosity of the hydroxyl silicone oil is 8000-16000cps, and the viscosity of the polyurethane bonding agent is 2000-3000cps.
