In order to guarantee that the URI of each object is unique in a whole network, the fact that the URI prefix of each dispatching unit is unique is guaranteed, wherein the specific method is that the dispatching units are encoded one by one according to an administration relation among the dispatching units, the higher the dispatching unit level is, the shorter the prefix is, and codes among levels are separated through dots. When a model of distributed type data generates the data objects, the URI of each data object is formed through splicing of the URI prefix of the corresponding dispatching unit and an ID of the data object. During modeling of the distributed data, link among the data objects is recorded through the URI of each data object, the URI of each data object can not ever be modified when generated, and seamless splicing of the data objects is achieved.
