Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the badges on the market are basically made of PVC or ABS, metal materials with patterns attached, and can be identified with naked eyes. They have low technical content, few functions, and low utilization rate.
[0004] The common electronic card is to offset the personal information or the relevant identification of the object on the plastic or metal sheet. It has a single function and needs to be close to the card reader when using it, which is inconvenient to use.
[0005] Ordinary electronic tags (RFID) are also called radio frequency identification, which is a communication technology. Currently, active high-frequency identification tags are commonly used in the market. They are made of ABS, PPS or ordinary plastics, and the information storage capacity is not large. The recognition function is poor, and it does not have anti-metal performance. During use, the signal receiving and transmitting will be shielded by the metal medium, and the use range is small or even cannot be read normally.

Abstract

The invention relates to a metal badge which has an electronic tag (RFID) function. According to the invention, in a sealed space between a metal back plate and a surface plate, a metal-resistant electronic tag is arranged. The electronic tag (RFID) assembly at least comprises a high-frequency (13.56MHz) or ultrahigh-frequency (860-960NHz) chip. With the application of the metal-resistant electronic tag (RFID) in the metal badge, the function of a traditional badge is realized, and application range and utilization rate of the badge are improved. The metal badge is provided with functions of electronic tag identification, tracking, positioning, and the like. Remote identification, intelligent data storage, data transmission, and the like can be accurately carried out. Also, the electronic tag (RFID) is perfectly combined with the metal badge. Shielding of metal upon the electronic tag is eliminated. Therefore, novel breakthrough is provided for application of the electronic tag in the industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a badge, in particular to a metal badge with the function of an electronic tag (RFID). Background technique [0002] A badge is an identifying item used to distinguish or identify the identity to which a person or thing belongs. It generally expresses a certain attribute, characteristic or character identity of the thing worn. [0003] The badges currently on the market are basically made of PVC or ABS, metal materials with patterns attached, and can be identified with naked eyes. They have low technical content, few functions, and low utilization rates. [0004] Common electronic cards are offset printing of personal information or related identification of objects on plastic or metal sheets, which have a single function and need to be close to the card reader when used, which is inconvenient to use. [0005] Ordinary electronic tags (RFID) are also called radio frequency identification, which is a communication technology. ...
