Abstract

The present invention relates to multi-mode induction tuning ducts and, in particular, provides methods and apparatus for air intake ducts for internal combustion engines. The air inlet conduit includes a tubular housing. The inner wall has a plurality of perforations. An inner wall is disposed within the tubular housing such that the tubular housing includes at least two flow channels. A valve group is associated with a first flow channel of the at least two flow channels. A valve block selectively controls air flow through the first flow passage to operate the first flow passage in at least one of a pass-through mode and a tuned mode.
