Abstract

Systems, devices and methods are provided for securing soft tissue to bone, for securing one or more objects using surgical filaments, and for drawing two or more tissues together so that they can be secured in target location. An exemplary embodiment of a surgical repair construct configured to minimally traumatize through soft tissue to secure tissue in a knotless manner includes a snare connection, a collapsible loop, and a flexible suture needle. The snare connection may comprise a collapsible snare for receiving the collapsible loop, and in use the snare may be collapsed around the collapsible loop and advanced distally towards the bone , until the snare is near tissue, and the collapsible loop can collapse distally toward bone to bring tissue closer to bone. Other exemplary systems, devices, and methods for soft tissue repair are also provided.
