A first through hole and a second through hole are formed in two supporting arms of the fixing block respectively. The operation shaft penetrates through the second through hole and the first through hole in the fixing block in sequence. A sliding block is arranged on the operation shaft in a sleeved mode. The sliding block and the operation shaft can slide relatively and cannot rotate relatively. A locating block is arranged on the operation shaft. A spring is arranged between the sliding block and the locating block. The two ends of the spring abut against the sliding block and the locating block respectively.
