A making method of an efficient composite antibacterial humidity controlling paperboard comprises the following steps: 1, taking ammonium sulfate, magnesium chloride, PCA-Na and diatomite, and adding the taken materials into water; 2, taking carboxymethyl cellulose, and dissolving carboxymethyl cellulose in water; 3, adding chitosan lactate to a dirty solution prepared in step 1, and fully uniformly mixing; 4, adding paper to a liquid prepared in step 3, fully stirring, adding a solution prepared in step 2, and stirring in one direction; 5, fully breaking by a breaker; 6, weighing sodium polyacrylate and polyethyleneimine resins, and adding the resins while stirring; and 7, putting a product obtained in step 6 in an oven, and drying at 120DEG C for 2h to obtain a final product.
