Abstract

The present invention provides a reconfigurable leak testing system comprising: a leak testing workstation and at least one transfer shuttle detachably attachable to the leak testing workstation. A fixture deck is translatable between the transfer shuttle and the leak testing workstation. The clamp deck is configured to selectively couple with the leak testing workstation. The clamp deck includes an upper clamp, a lower clamp and an actuatable test feature. The jig receptacle is configured to receive a part between the upper and lower jigs. The actuatable test feature is configured to contact the part. An enclosed space is at least partially defined by the actuatable test feature and the part.
