Observe and record the population of green peach aphid, and measure the content of jasmonic acid, protease inhibitor activity and enzyme activity related to insect resistance in different potato leaves. The iTRAQ technology was used to study the expression of proteomics in potato leaves after different treatments, and to clarify the mechanism of potassium application on potato induced defense.
