When a user selects a quick charge mode, the single-pole double-throw switch is switched into one path of the high-energy density and large-capacity super capacitor, the automatic lifting lever ascends, and the distance of resonance coils is reduced, so that quick charge of the capacitor is achieved. When a user selects a slow charge mode, the single-pole double-throw switch is switched into a lithium battery pack, the lifting lever descends, and the distance of the resonance coils is increased, so that slow charge of the lithium battery pack by a power supply is achieved.
