Problems solved by technology

Although the ceramic tile products on the market are becoming more and more abundant in the decoration of surface effects, there is still no product with a special style that is both artistic and widely used.
Especially for the matte tiles on the market, the matte effect on the surface is either produced by firing the glaze at high temperature, the glaze is not delicate enough, and the printed pattern floats on the surface of the glaze, which is not delicate enough; Polishing on bricks, the pattern of the polished product is rough, and the surface smoothness is very poor, so the existing matte bricks have poor matte effect due to the limitation of technology

Abstract

The invention discloses a fabrication process of a matte-underglazed glazed brick. The fabrication process comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out printing on a white finished green brick with low water absorption; 2) covering the printed surface of the brick with frit; 3) putting the brick with frit into a kiln for firing so that the frit on the surface is fused into transparent glass; 4) directly polishing the fired brick by using a polishing machine so that the frit on the surface is polished to be flat, wherein the polishing machine is provided with a first polishing region, a second polishing region, a third polishing region and a fourth polishing region through which the brick to be polished orderly passes and is polished, and wherein 4-6 groups of abrasive discs having the fineness of 45-55 meshes are arranged in the first polishing region, 7-9 groups of abrasive discs having the fineness of 145-155 meshes are arranged in the second polishing region, 5-7 groups of abrasive discs having the fineness of 295-305 meshes are arranged in the third polishing region, and 1-3 groups of abrasive discs having the fineness of 495-055 meshes are arranged in the fourth polishing region; each group of abrasive discs include at least two abrasive discs. The matte-underglazed glazed brick obtained by use of the fabrication process has excellent matte effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of making magnetic tiles, in particular to a matte underglaze glazed tile and a manufacturing process thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, ceramic tiles are the main material for interior decoration. After nearly 20 years of development, the manufacturing technology of ceramic tiles has advanced by leaps and bounds, and it is no longer the same as the early products. As people's requirements are getting higher and higher, ceramic tile products on the market are constantly improving to meet people's needs. Although the ceramic tile products on the market are becoming more and more abundant in the decoration of surface effects, there is still no product with a special style that has both artistic charm and can be widely used. Especially for the matte tiles on the market, the matte effect on the surface is either produced by firing the glaze at high temperature, the glaze is not delicate enough,...
