Problems solved by technology

Due to the good transparency of ITO, but poor conductivity, it is easy to cause failure or poor electrical connection, and then open circuit (open) or abnormal resistance of the sensing electrode, or the antistatic ability of the sensing electrode becomes poor, resulting in touch. The touch function of the control panel is invalid or defective
Metal materials have poor transparency and are easy to reflect light, but they have better conductivity. Because of the poor transparency and easy reflection, they are easy to be detected by human eyes, which makes the acceptance of metal materials used in touch panel structures still not popular.

Embodiment Construction

[0042] Because traditional touch panels use metal wires as bridging conductive materials, they have poor light transmittance and are easy to reflect light. Therefore, the present invention proposes a novel touch sensing structure that also uses metal wires as bridging conductive materials, which can improve The shortcoming of above-mentioned prior art is described in detail later.

Abstract

The invention discloses a touch structure capable of reducing the reflection vision effect and a method thereof. A plurality of first axial interaction assemblies, a plurality of conductive bridging units and a plurality of second axial interaction assemblies are arranged on the surface of a transparent substrate. The first axial interaction assemblies are connected to the second axial interaction assemblies in a bridging mode through the conductive bridging units to form a criss-cross interaction area. At least one insulating reflection layer is arranged at the intersecting position of each first axial interaction assembly and each second axial interaction assembly. Transparent insulation layers are arranged on the two sides of each insulating reflection layer respectively and are covered with metal conducting layers. The insulating reflection layers, the transparent insulation layers and the metal conducting layers form the conductive bridging units which are low in impedance and high in conductivity. The reflection vision effect can be reduced, and the touch sensitivity can be improved.

Description

[0001] 【Technical field】 [0002] The present invention relates to a touch sensing structure and method thereof, in particular to a touch sensing structure and method capable of reducing the visual effect of SITO bridging reflection. [0003] 【Background technique】 [0004] With the advancement of semiconductor and circuit design technology, touch panels have gradually become the most important input interface and are widely used in various electronic products, such as mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs) or handheld personal computers. Information can be read or entered by lightly pressing the touch panel with a finger, which can replace the buttons and keyboards on traditional electronic devices and bring convenience to human life. [0005] Under the requirement of continuous simplification of the structure of the touch panel to facilitate the acceleration of module integration, the touch industry is moving towards a single-layer touch structure and an in-cell to...
