According to the embodiment, through parallelly connecting the electrode portion and the metal wiring portion of each special-shaped touch control electrode strip, resistance of the special-shaped touch control electrode strip is reduced, signal strength of touch control signals of each special-shaped touch control electrode strip is enhanced, and touch control sensitivity of the touch control display panel is increased.

The organic light emitting diode display panel comprises a substrate, and a display function layer arranged on the substrate, a retaining wall structure and a packaging thin film, and a touch functional layer on the packaging thin film, wherein the display function layer comprises multiple display signal routing lines which extend to the first sub peripheral region and multiple touch signal routing lines which extend to the second sub peripheral region; the second sub peripheral region and the first sub peripheral region are arranged in an overlapped manner in a direction perpendicular to the substrate to form an overlapping region; at least one part of the overlapping region is arranged between the retaining wall structure and a display region; and the touch signal routing lines in at least one part of the overlapping region are arranged on one side, deviating from the substrate, of the packaging thin film. The packaging thin film is arranged between the touch signal routing lines and the display signal routing lines in one part of the overlapping region in an isolating manner, so that signal interference in the overlapping region with the touch signal routing lines and the display signal routing lines is lowered, thereby improving the touch sensitivity of the organic light emitting diode display panel.
