Scanning method for projected capacitive touch panels

The invention relates to a scanning method for projected capacitive touch panels, which includes the following steps that: (a) the self capacitance reference values of each first electrode and each second electrode and the mutual capacitance reference value of each intersection are set; (b) a controller scans the self capacitances of all the electrodes to obtain the current self capacitance value of each electrode, which is compared with the self capacitance reference value corresponding to the electrode to determine that the first and the second electrodes with the changed self capacitance values are touched; and (c) the controller scans the mutual capacitance of each intersection between the first and the second electrodes determined to be touched in the step b to obtain the current mutual capacitance value of each intersection, which is compared with the mutual capacitance reference value corresponding to the intersection to determine that the area where the intersection with the changed mutual capacitance value is positioned is an actually touched area. The method effectively combines self capacitance scanning with mutual capacitance scanning, the scanning frequency is high, the precision is high, and the method is particularly suitable for the multi-spot scanning of medium-sized and large-sized touch panels.

Touch detection method, system and touch control terminal of touch sensor

The invention provides a touch detection method of a touch sensor, which relates to the technical field of touch control. The method comprises the following steps that the touch sensor is set to a mutual capacitance mode and a self-capacitance mode alternately; rows and columns of a capacitance matrix of the touch sensor are scanned and detected; when a touch condition is preliminarily judged as multi-finger touch according to a scanning and detection result in a mutual capacitance mode, data obtained by sampling in the self-capacitance mode is further subjected to envelopment analysis; whether the touch condition in the mutual capacitance mode is single-finger touch or the multi-finger touch is judged; if the touch condition is the single-finger touch, a touch coordinate is output; and if the touch condition is the multi-finger touch, a plurality of touch coordinates are output. The invention also provides a touch detection system and a touch control terminal of the touch sensor. With the adoption of the touch detection method, the touch detection system and the touch control terminal, the accuracy of a touch detection result of the touch sensor, particularly the accuracy of the detection result when the single-finger touch and the multi-finger touch are required to be distinguished during the course that the touch control terminal is subjected to large area touch in a suspension state, is improved.
