Abstract

The method comprises successively mixing evenly water, silane coupling agents, water-soluble silicate, a silica filler and water-soluble film-forming resin. The invention also provides the metal protective agent prepared according to the preparation method and a use thereof in preparation of metal materials. The invention further provides a hot-dip plated metal material which comprises a hot-dip plated metal substrate and a coating layer adhering onto the hot-dip plated metal substrate, wherein the coating layer is a cured product of the metal protective agent. A protective film formed by the metal protective agent provided by the invention is quite excellent in corrosion resistance. In addition, the metal protective agent provided by the invention is quite excellent in storage resistance, and can be stored for 180 days at room temperature after completion of preparation but does not generate obvious character changes and performance reduction.
