The method comprises the following steps: (1) state information about a building is collected by a sensor which is mounted on a building intelligent terminal; (2) the collected information is transmitted to the building intelligent terminal by the sensor; (3) the received information is stored by the building intelligent terminal; (4) the received information is transmitted to a central server through a communication control network by the building intelligent terminal; (5) recognition is conducted according to set rules after the central server receives the information; (6) whether to conduct intervention on the received corresponding information or not is determined by the central server according to particular service type; (7) an intervention command is sent to the building intelligent terminal through the communication control network by the central server; (8) processing is conducted on the received intervention command by the building terminal.
