Embodiment 1

[0021] In December 2012, we purchased Chinese fir seeds from Rong'an, Guangxi, and put them in an air-conditioned room. After the Chinese fir seeds were sterilized by 0.05-0.1% potassium permanganate solution, they were sprayed with 28% poly-γ-glutamic acid Gel material, and stored at a constant temperature of 17°C after natural air-drying at room temperature;

[0022] In March 2013, the seeds were soaked in 0.1% potassium permanganate solution for 30 minutes before sowing, washed with clean water, soaked in hot water at 40°C, cooled naturally, then soaked in water for 15 hours, washed with clean water and placed on Germination in a germination machine at 25°C;

[0023] Sow the buds with white spots on the light matrix medium, and control the depth of sowing to 1-2cm. After the sowing is completed, spray water and control the indoor temperature to 28-32°C;

[0024] After the seeds grow 1-23cm Chinese fir seedlings, spray chlorothalonil and cultivate them in the dark. After th...

Embodiment 2

[0028] The steps of this embodiment are the same as those in Example 1. The light matrix medium is 58.8 kg of coconut peat, 18.5 kg of peat, 2.8 kg of corn stalks with a particle size of 120-200 mesh, 2.6 kg of acrylic acid-modified konjac material, and 10.2 kg of humic acid. The budding rate of its Chinese fir is 67.8%.

Embodiment 3

[0030] The steps of this embodiment are the same as those in Example 1. The light matrix medium is 64.2 kg of coconut peat, 20 kg of peat, 2 kg of corn stalks with a particle size of 120-200 mesh, 4.85 kg of acrylamide-modified konjac material, and 8.85 kg of humic acid. The budding rate of its Chinese fir is 72.3%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a non-woven light-matrix sowing seedling breeding method for firs. The non-woven light-matrix sowing seedling breeding method for firs mainly includes steps that mixing coco coir, peat soil and water-retaining agent to prepare culture matrix, and preparing into a nutritious cup through a non-woven light-matrix forming machine; soaking in 0.1-0.5% potassium permanganate solution for 30 to 60 minutes before seeding, using clean water to clean, soaking the seeds in 40 to 50 degrees centigrade hot water, cooling naturally, changing water and soaking for 24 to 48 hours, and accelerating germination in a germination accelerating machine at 25 to 30 degrees centigrade after using clean water to clean; when the seeds expose white, seeding in the light-matrix nutritious cup, and covering a piece of film; after the lateral roots of the seedlings pass through the cup, fertilizing according to the time interval of 10 to 20 days, when the seedlings are 5 to 10 centimeters high, grading to a seedling tractor, exercising seedlings at the end of November, wherein the seedlings can be sold after the exercising. The non-woven light-matrix sowing seedling breeding method for firs has advantages that roots of the fir seedlings cultured on the light-matrix nutritious cup are flourishing, the nursery plants are strong, the matrix is light so that the transportation cost and forest planting cost can be lowered, and the matrix which cannot enable the plant to survive can be recycled; a constant-temperature germination accelerating box is high in germination accelerating rate and good in germination consistency and effectively improves the germination rate of fir seeds.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for propagating fir, in particular to a method for propagating seedlings sown in nutrient cups of non-woven fabric light matrix of fir. technical background [0002] Chinese fir( Cunninghamia lanceolata ) is the genus of Chinese fir (Taxodiaceae) [0003] ( Cunninghamia )plant. Chinese fir is a subtropical tree species that prefers light. Like warm and humid, foggy and calm windy climate environment, intolerance to severe cold and damp heat, afraid of wind and drought. Adapt to the climatic conditions with annual average temperature of 15°C-23°C, extreme minimum temperature of -17°C, and annual precipitation of 800-2000mm. The cold resistance is greater than its drought tolerance, and the influence of water and humidity conditions is greater than that of temperature conditions. Afraid of salt and alkali, it has higher requirements on soil than ordinary tree species, and likes fertile, deep, moist, well-drained a...
