Abstract

The steps are as follows: (1) pretreatment: clean and cut fresh lentinan into a microwave oven for intermittent treatment at low heat, and then put the sample into a vacuum (2) degreasing; (3) water extraction: dry the dry shiitake mushroom powder after degreasing, according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:20, the ultrasonic power is 150W, and the extraction temperature is 80°C. The extraction time is 2.5h; (4) alcohol precipitation; (5) protein removal; (6) small molecule removal to obtain purified lentinan.
