The double-circulating air duct comprises a housing; an air duct body, a wind wheel and a motor are arranged in the housing; the wind wheel is in transmission connection with the motor and is driven by the motor to rotate at high speed in a wind wheel chamber, and the resulting strong airflow is distributed to each air duct body through distributing separating plates; each air duct body is of a curved-surface structure through which airflow forms vortex airflow from top to bottom, and the vortex airflow uniformly flows to the surrounding of a cabinet body; the wind wheel rotating at the high speed generates local negative pressure in the wind wheel chamber, and air pressure difference occurs between the local negative pressure and the air nearby; air in the middle part of the cabinet body flows into the wind wheel chamber from bottom to top, and the vortex airflow is also generated in the middle part of the cabinet body from bottom to top under the influence of the peripheral vortex airflow; the two different vortex airflows form circulating airflow in the cabinet body. With the adoption of the double-circulating air duct, the technical effect of poor ventilating effect of the existing ventilating structure can be solved.
