The method is applied to a network hard disk video tape recorder NVR and comprises the following steps: receiving an access request of a user terminal, querying a port number distributed to a to-be-accessed front-end device and a virtual local area network number, sending the queried port number to the user terminal, receiving an access message of the user terminal, adding the virtual local area network number to the access message, transmitting the access message with the virtual local area network number to a switch, receiving a reply message of the to-be-monitored front-end device forwarded by a GVRP-based trunk port corresponding to the virtual local area network number of the switch, transmitting the reply message to the user terminal, wherein the reply message carries the virtual local area network number.
