The system comprises a gas acquisition device, a multichannel gas transmission device, an air extracting device and a gas storage device. The gas acquisition device comprises multiple gas acquisition pipes which are respectively used to be inserted at different depths of soil to be sampled. Each gas acquisition pipe is provided with several air inlets. The multichannel gas transmission device comprises multiple gas transmission pipes. Ends of the multiple gas transmission pipes are respectively communicated with the multiple gas acquisition pipes. Each gas transmission pipe is provided with a valve. The air extracting device is equipped with an air inlet end and an exhaust end. The air inlet end is connected with the other ends of the multiple gas transmission pipes. The gas storage device is connected with the exhaust end. By the system, long-term and located acquisition of sufficient soil gas at specific depths can be realized.
