Problems solved by technology

[0007] In order to solve the problem that the current "ion conversion chromatography with ultraviolet detector" mode can not analyze anions, the present invention designs a new "secondary ion conversion" device and applies it to the ion conversion chromatography system. It is the first time to use " "Ion conversion chromatography with UV detector" mode realizes UV analysis of common anions

Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention designs a new set of "secondary ion conversion" device, which is used to establish a new method for detecting negative ions. Creatively combine "ion conversion chromatography" with ultraviolet detector, and use "secondary ion conversion" method for the first time to realize the ultraviolet detection of common anions by using "ion conversion chromatography" method. The new ion conversion chromatography system introduced in this paper is based on the traditional suppressed ion chromatography. After the suppressor and before the ultraviolet detector, two "ion conversion columns" (i.e. "secondary ion conversion" devices) are connected in series. The first is a self-made cation exchange column (lithium salt, sodium salt, potassium salt or ammonium salt form), and the second is a self-made anion exchange column (inorganic UV-responsive ion form, such as IO 3- 、Br - , NO 3 - , BrO 3 - Wait). During the experiment, when the measured anions are eluted...

Abstract

The invention provides a secondary ion-change device and an ion-change chromatograph and detection system with the same. The device is used for quantificationally changing different negative ions to be detected into a uniform form of ultraviolet absorption negative ion salt. The device comprises a positive ion exchange column for quantificationally changing flowing negative ions to be detected to lithium salt, sodium salt, potassium salt or ammonium salt thereof and a negative ion exchange column connected with the positive ion exchange column in series for quantifying flowing lithium salt, sodium salt, potassium salt or ammonium salt of the to-be-detected negative ions and uniformly changing the salt into same ultraviolet ion salt. The secondary ion-change device provided by the invention is an ion exchange packed column, so that the background value of ion-change chromatography is reduced by two orders of magnitudes compared with that of previous ion-change chromatograph, and the detection sensitivity of the ion-change chromatograph is improved by nearly two orders of magnitudes compared with that of the previous ion-change chromatograph. A gradient separating mode of the ion-change system is realized for the first time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the design of a secondary ion conversion device and an ion conversion chromatography and detection system containing the device, which utilizes the anion detection method of the device and system. Background technique [0002] Since Hamish Small first proposed the concept of ion chromatography in 1975, the development of ion chromatography technology has been changing rapidly in the past 40 years. Today, ion chromatography is the method of choice for the detection of inorganic anions and cations. In the past few decades, the development of ion chromatography and the development of detection technology have been carried out almost simultaneously. Today, the most closely coupled detection method coupled with ion chromatography is suppressed conductivity detection. The conductivity detection method has the advantages of good versatility, high sensitivity, simple structure and convenient operation. With these advantages, ion chro...
