Abstract

A nutrient solution tank is arranged at the upper portion of the support. A cultivating box is arranged in the middle of the support. A recovery box is arranged at the lower portion of the support. The cultivating box is communicated with the nutrient solution tank through a liquid inlet pipe. The recovery box is communicated with the cultivating box through a liquid outlet pipe. Compost is contained in the cultivating box. An oxygen supply device for injecting oxygen into the cultivating box and a nutrient solution highly-quantitative device are arranged in the cultivating box. The invention further discloses a method based on plant nitrogen fertilizer application amount optimization. The method is simple in structure, simple in operation procedure, low in device cost and convenient to apply and popularize, and meanwhile the experiment time cost is reduced when multiple temperature control cultivating systems are used for experiments.
