Abstract

The embodiment of the invention disclosed by the invention relate to method and equipment for processing orders. The method for processing the orders comprises the following steps: acquiring characteristics of recent orders received by a user; acquiring characteristics of the current order; determining similarity of the current order and the recently received orders according to the characteristics of the recently received orders and the characteristics of the current order; and selecting the current order to be presented to the user based on the determined similarity. By utilizing the method and the equipment which are used for processing the orders and disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, an order allocation policy can be adjusted according to real-time behaviours of a driver, so that order allocation accuracy is improved.
