Abstract

The touch control drive electrodes are arranged on the substrate body and are located on the same layer as the anode. The touch control drive electrodes are insulated from the cathode. The sub-cathodes are arranged in an intersected mode. At the display stage, display drive signals are applied to the cathode and the anode and used for driving OLED light-emitting devices. At the touch control state, touch control drive signals are applied to the touch control drive electrodes, and the sub-anodes are used as touch control sensing electrodes to output touch control induction signals. The invention further provides a display device with the OLED touch control substrate and a drive method of the display device.
