A multi-band dual-interface financial IC card is in communication connection with opposite equipment; the antenna module obtains a radio frequency electromagnetic wave signal and converts the signal into a current signal transmitted to the power module; and the power module carries out voltage stabilization on the current signal and then provides power. A user inputs authentication information by the touch sensing module and the information is converted into a corresponding analog signal; the input processing module converts the analog signal into a digital signal; the radio frequency transmitter module modules the digital signal to a high-frequency carrier wave and then the signal is emitted by the radio frequency antenna.
