Abstract

The invention discloses a method for realizing full-circle charging and discharging of different battery packs. The method comprises a battery pack charging step and a battery pack discharging step; in the discharging process, a control module samples current which passes through a current detection module and voltage of batteries; when the control module detects the presence of discharging current which passes through the current detection module, a charging metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) tube is set in an open state by the control module; when the control module detects that the voltage of the batteries reaches an over-discharge threshold, a discharging MOS tube is set in a closed state by the control module until all discharging MOS tubes are in the closed state; and the result shows that all battery packs are discharged off. According to the method for controlling opening and closing of the charging MOS tubes and the discharging MOS tubes disclosed by the invention, the problem that a plurality of battery packs which are completely different in voltage level are connected with one another in parallel to be mutually charged and discharged is solved; and full-circle processes of charging and discharging are realized by each battery pack under the condition that all battery packs are in a parallel busbar loop and only two positive and negative wires are arranged for output.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for realizing full-cycle charging and discharging of different battery packs. Background technique [0002] With the vigorous development of electronic technology, the use of medium and large battery packs is increasing. During the production, testing and use of these battery packs, many charging and discharging processes are used. [0003] The existing charging equipment or discharging equipment has the following disadvantages: [0004] 1. The battery packs need to use the same type of battery modules for parallel use, that is, the parallel battery packs require the same voltage for each battery, and it is not possible to parallel input and output battery modules of completely different types and voltage levels. Because in the battery pack, the difference between the monomers always exists. Take the capacity as an example, the difference will never disappear, but will gradually deteriorate. The same current flows t...
