Abstract

The invention discloses a star-shaped macromolecular antioxidant containing seven hindered phenolic groups, a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method is to mix 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxycinnamic acid, chloroform and thionyl chloride, heat up to 40-60°C, drop dimethylformamide, and react for 4-6 hours. Distill under reduced pressure to obtain DBHCA-Cl; under the protection of nitrogen, dissolve the polyhydric initiator, 4-dimethylaminopyridine and 2-4g triethylamine in tetrahydrofuran, and use an ice bath to reduce the reaction system to 0-5°C and stir; dissolve DBHCA-Cl with tetrahydrofuran, and dropwise add it to the reaction system within 1.5-3.0 hours through a constant pressure funnel, rise to 30-40°C and continue the reaction for 24-72 hours; collect and process a compound containing seven A star-shaped macromolecular antioxidant with a hindered phenolic group.
