Abstract

The invention provides a wind pressure switch testing device which comprises a housing, a draught fan, a wind channel, a solenoid valve and a current module. The draught fan, the wind channel, the solenoid valve and the current module are all arranged inside the housing. The wind channel defines the way through which the draught fan discharges wind and the wind channel is communicated with a to-be-tested wind pressure switch. The solenoid valve is arranged in the housing and more particularly, in the wind channel to connect or disconnect the wind channel. The current module is arranged in the housing and is electrically connected to the to-be-tested wind pressure switch through a conductive wire. The current module is adopted to monitor the electric signals across the conductive wire. The testing device provided in the invention utilizes a draught fan, a wind channel and a solenoid valve to simulate the acquisition of wind force of a wind pressure switch and further adopts a current module to detect the electric signals caused by the triggering action to the wind pressure switch. The testing device is capable of simulating various practical running states of the wind pressure switch, therefore, so as to conduct reliable tests on the service lifetime of the wind pressure switch.
