Problems solved by technology

[0007] In order to ensure safety, personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the underground goaf of open-pit mines. Therefore, hydraulic filling is not suitable for filling and reinforcement. It is impossible to build a drainage system for dehydration and drainage of the filling body, and a large amount of water is harmful to the rock mass of the open-pit mine. The stability of the slope has certain adverse effects
The cost of dry filling is relatively

Embodiment Construction

[0023] like figure 1 and figure 2 As shown in the figure, a filling and reinforcement method for treating an underground goaf in an open-pit mine of the present invention is characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

[0024] 1) Determine the arrangement of the backfill boreholes in the underground goaf and drill the backfill boreholes. The backfill borehole 2 penetrates the rock layer 6 to the roof 7 of the goaf. 8. When the width of the goaf is less than or equal to 5m and the height H is within 2m to 2.5m, the backfill hole 2 shall adopt a single row of backfill holes along the direction of the gob; when the height H of the gob 8 is greater than 2.5m , when the width is greater than 5m, the backfill drill hole 2 adopts double or multi-row backfill drill holes along the direction of the goaf.

[0025] 2) A feeding pipe 3 of a tray 4 is inserted into each filling hole 2, and the lower nozzle of the feeding pipe 3 extends into the roof 7 of the underground goa...

Abstract

The invention relates to a filling reinforcement method for managing an underground mined area of an open-pit mine. The filling reinforcement method is characterized by including the following steps: determining filling drill holes according to the occurrence form of the underground mined area; inserting feeding pipes with trays into the drill holes, inserting grouting pipes in a manner of being spaced by one or multiple feeding pipes, injecting cement mortar, putting granular sand-gravel aggregate into the mined area through the feeding pipes until reaching a top plate of the mined area, and injecting cement mortar through the grouting pipes to form a concrete sandwiched wall in the granular sand-gravel aggregate; finally completing filling reinforcement construction of the whole mined area. The filling reinforcement method has the advantages that strength of a filling body is greatly improved when compared with that of dry filling of loose sand-gravel, deformation and movement of surrounding rock of the mined area can be limited effectively, and satisfactory filling reinforcement effect can be acquired. Compared with grouting cementation filling methods, the filling reinforcement method has the advantages that the defect that layered grouting has quite long construction period can be overcome, so that cost can be saved greatly, and construction efficiency can be improved substantially.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of mining, in particular to a filling and reinforcing method for controlling underground goafs in open-pit mines. Background technique [0002] At present, the old goafs of open-pit mines are processed while detecting. The distribution of old goafs underground in open-pit mines is relatively complicated. It is ambiguous, and it is often impossible to predict the exact location where the subsidence may occur in advance. Therefore, with the mining of the open-pit mine, the subsidence of the old goaf in some sections will cause sudden safety accidents. [0003] Among the methods used to deal with old underground goafs, the filling method is a widely used method. According to the different types of filling materials in the goaf and the way of transportation, the filling of the goaf can be divided into three ways. [0004] Dry filling: dry filling uses loose materials as filling materials, that is, gobs are fil...
