Abstract

An injection molding system of the invention comprises a first injection molding machine, a rail, two transport robots and a control device. The first injection molding machine has a rotary table which is separately provided with molds at a forming position and a transfer position away from each other for a prescribed angle in a rotary direction so as to enable rotation of the rotary table and alternate movements of the two molds between the forming position and the transfer position. The two molds repeatedly perform the following actions: when one of the molds is at the forming position and conducting injection mold, a molded product is taken out from the other mold at the transfer position. The rail is laid in a mode of connecting the transfer position and a prescribed transport position. The two transport robots carry out reciprocating movements on the rail, take out the molded product which has been subjected to injecting molding at the forming position from the mold at the transfer position to the transport position. The control device controls the two transport robots. During rotation of the rotary table, the control device enables the molded product to be transported from the transfer position to the transport position through one transport robot, and enables the other transport robot to move from the transport position to the transfer position.
