The three-phase water-cooling alternating current electronic load cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and resistance tube assemblies, wherein the water inlet pipe is connected with a main water guiding pipe of the hydropower station to feed cold water into the cabinet body; the resistance tube assemblies are connected with generator terminal outgoing lines of the hydropower station and heat the cold water in the cabinet body after being electrified; the water outlet pipe is used for discharging heated hot water. According to characteristics of abundant water resource and pressurized water flow of the hydropower station, the resistance tube assemblies are mounted in the cabinet body, and water is full of the cabinet body through the water inlet pipe; when the resistance tube assemblies are electrified and consumes the power, the water flow is heated and the hot water is discharged through the water outlet pipe; the surplus power of the hydropower station is consumed by utilizing the hot water, the adjustment is convenient, the costs are low and the size is small.
