Abstract

A substation adopts a fully-closed structure and comprises a box-type substation clean room and a box-type substation device room water-cooling system, wherein the box-type substation clean room comprises a background system operating box, a dehumidifier and a salt fog removal device and is used for absorbing salt fog and moisture in a box, and the water-cooling system comprises a heat sink in the box, a buried PE pipe and a seawater heat exchanger spiral pipe and is used for cooling the substation. With the segmented structure of the substation, flying dust, the salt fog and the moisture can be effectively isolated; the water-cooling system takes outside seawater as a cold source and is not needed to be additionally refrigerated; with the adoption of a thread formed in a water pipe and a spiral design method, heat in the box can be efficiently taken away, and the temperature in the box-type substation is effectively reduced; and by an economic and convenient method, the working conditions of various devices are improved, and the service lifetime of the device is prolonged.
