The method comprises the following steps: a tested object solution of heart-benefiting pulse-invigorating granule and a reference solution of schisandrin are prepared, then the materials are respectively injected into a high-performance liquid chromatography, gradient elution is carried out under specific chromatogram condition, the content of the schisandrin is determined, through the quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker, and the content of the salvianolic acid B in heart-benefiting pulse-invigorating granule is calculated by using relative correction factors between the salvianolic acid B and the schisandrin.
