[0039] The case group (MDD) consisted of patients from April 2014 to January 2015 in the 102 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army and Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital. A total of 100 cases were enrolled. The enrolled patients all met the diagnostic criteria for MDD in the fourth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV-TR). The diagnosis was made by two psychiatrists according to the diagnostic criteria on the Chinese version of the modified Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV, patient version (SCID-I / P) (First et al., 1995) to evaluate the patients respectively.
