[0039] The case group (MDD) was from April 2014 to January 2015, and a total of 100 patients were enrolled in the 102 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army and Changzhou Maternity and Child Health Hospital. The enrolled patients all met the MDD diagnostic criteria in the Fourth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV-TR).
