The main standard is a piston type gas flow meter. The adjusting valve is arranged on the connecting pipeline between the compressed gas source supply device and the mass flow meter. The industrial control device is connected with the adjusting valve, the mass flow meter, the piston type gas flow meter and the detected gas flow meter through data lines respectively.
